We can better answer this question with the data in the chart. We look for products that tend to have sales ranks that get better or are consistent over time so that they sell through more product. We don’t tend to get excited about increasing sales ranks over time – the one exception is when the sales rank is getting worse because the product is out of stock. As you can see, the sales ranking can vary a lot over time – especially when looking at a period of years.
